The
Current Conditions Report is a compilation of South Bend's strengths and
challenges by 12 topic areas that were chosen for further research after
completion of Phase I of the City Plan process.

Phase II Community Meetings Report, Released July 2005
This
report compiles community responses to challenges identified in the Current
Conditions Report.
