The Current Conditions Report (CCR) includes an assessment of South Bend’s strengths and challenges by the 12 City Plan topic areas. This assessment is critical to a successful planning effort that is responsive to the community while providing a benchmark of current conditions. The CCR will be one of several sources of information in developing and shaping City Plan and will be helpful in designing the next round of community meetings in Phase II.
